All the LEGO dioramas on sale

Dioramas are LEGO's answer to a very specific question: how do you display a scene — not a ship, not a building, but a moment from a film — without it looking like a toy perched on a piece of furniture? The formula, launched in 2022 with the classic Star Wars scenes: a framed black base, the scene built on top with the framing of a film still, and a plaque with the quote from the film. The result works like a three-dimensional picture, and that is exactly its audience: the adult who wants the nod on the living-room shelf without building a shrine.

As a purchase format they have three virtues that almost nothing else in the range shares. They are compact (the base sets the size, and the base is modest). They are self-contained — they do not ask you to collect the whole line, although LEGO obviously appreciates it. And they read instantly: anyone who has seen the film gets the gift in a second, which makes them one of the safest hits in the €60-100 range for committed fans.

The downside is the same as for any series line: they rotate. Scenes are not re-released; when a diorama leaves the shelves, that specific composition does not come back, and the line's next batch will bring other films and other moments. Below is the complete list of the ones still on sale according to the official LEGO data (synced daily), sorted by retirement urgency, each with its product page comparing the price against the official one. If yours has a date, you already know how this works: first it disappears from the shops, then from the warehouses, and what is left is resale.
