LEGO 10326 Natural History Museum

Image: BrickLink

It is the largest modular LEGO has ever made: 4014 pieces, 12 more than Assembly Square (10255), on a 48 × 32-stud base, a plate and a half. It retires on 31 December 2026 according to our set page and Brickfact, and it is the only modular on sale with a 2026 retirement date: the Tudor Corner (10350) and the Shopping Street (11371) stay until the end of 2028. Today the decision is less whether to buy it than where: according to Brickfact, as of 25 October 2026 LEGO.es sells it at its official price of 299.99 €. Carrefour asks 351.95 €, and on Amazon.es there are only third-party sellers, from 298 € plus 23 € shipping.

Set page, price history and retirement alert

Verdict

Buy it at the official price on LEGO.es if you collect the modular street or want a large building that holds its own on a shelf. Do not pay Carrefour’s 351.95 € or Amazon.es’s 321 € with shipping while LEGO has it at 299.99 €. If what you want is packed interiors, the only review by someone who paid for it out of their own pocket says the upper floor is left “so so barren” (very empty) (JANG’s LEGO Reviews, 29:29).

  • It takes up more room than any other modular on sale: 39 cm wide, against 26 cm for the Tudor Corner or 25 cm for the Shopping Street (Brickset). On your street, you will have to move the buildings you already have.
  • 7 or 9 minifigures? LEGO says 7. Brickset and BrickLink count 9 because they include the two statues at the entrance (twn486 and twn487). All 9 appear only in this set, according to Brickset as of 25 October 2026.
  • It has no new parts and no stickers, according to its designer, Chris McVeigh: it does have existing parts in new olive green shades and printed parts (Tiago Catarino, first look, 03:03 and 10:04).
  • Where to buy it: LEGO.es, 299.99 € (Brickfact, 25 Oct 2026; we have not been able to get in to check because the site blocks automated access). Carrefour, 351.95 € (24 Oct). On Amazon.es, only third-party sellers (25 Oct).
QuestionShort answer
How much space does it take up?31 cm high, 39 wide and 25 deep (Brickset). A 48 × 32-stud base, the same footprint as Assembly Square.
How much does it cost?Official price 299.99 €. As of 25 October 2026, no Spanish shop we have been able to check sells it for less. The lowest price in the last 90 days at Carrefour was 338.72 €.
When does it retire? On 31 December 2026, according to our set page and Brickfact. Brickset does not give a date yet.
Does Amazon.es sell it?Amazon does not sell it directly. Its listing has third-party sellers from 298 € plus 23 € shipping; the cheapest has 64 % positive ratings (25 Oct 2026).
How many figures does it include?7 according to LEGO, 9 according to Brickset and BrickLink, which count the two statues. Plus a dog and statue nanofigures on the roof.

Is it for you?

  • Do you want it for display? It fits. The two reviews with the set built agree that the facade is the best part. Tiago Catarino thinks it is one of the few modulars that works well on its own, without the rest of the street (09:07). JANG says it has no side that looks bad on camera, although everything that is not the facade is “a bit simple” (28:43).
  • Do you want it for the interior? It depends on what you expect. Tiago loves the details and the references to classic LEGO themes (08:21). JANG finds the upper floor almost empty (29:29), and does not recommend it to anyone who wants a “dense” interior (29:07).
  • Are you after the figures? That is not the reason to buy it. All 9 appear only here, but they are museum characters, not named characters. According to Brickfact, all together they are worth about 22.73 € second-hand (24 Oct 2026).
  • Is your street already built? Measure first. It takes up a plate and a half. BrickPax, in a live stream in Spanish about the set (45:32), warns that it forces you to rearrange your city, as already happened with Assembly Square.

Sets to compare

According to Brickset, as of 25 October 2026 only three modulars are still on sale. The Jazz Club (10312) and the Boutique Hotel (10297) retired on 31 December 2025, so we do not include them.

Our take. If you are only going to buy one modular, the real difference between the three is space and date. The Museum takes up a plate and a half and retires this year. The other two take up one plate and, according to our set page and Brickfact, stay on sale until 2028, so there is no hurry. At the official price, the price per piece is almost the same: 7.5 cents for the Museum (Brickset), 7.0 for the Tudor Corner and 7.2 for the Shopping Street (worked out with Brickfact’s official prices). You pay more because it is bigger, not because it costs more per piece. If you are torn between the Museum at 350 € in another shop and the Tudor Corner at the official price, the Tudor Corner comes out 120 € cheaper and you can wait with it.

What the piece count doesn’t tell you

Building. What reviews praise most are two techniques. The staircase is made with double-sided slopes: for Tiago it is “super clever” (very clever) (05:22), and JANG finds it clean, although figures cannot stand on it because it has no studs (12:47). The other is the columns and the pediment, which the designer chose from the start (Bricksie, 11:44). The repetitive part is the black fences: Tiago found them tedious (02:39). JANG, on the other hand, thinks they are well done.

Display. It has two floors and a roof, one fewer than most modulars (Tiago, 04:34), but it takes up a lot of horizontal space. JANG feared it would swallow the rest of the street and that did not happen (27:35). The olive green drew the most complaints when it was revealed: JANG says it looks much better in person (03:07), and Tiago does not mind it (01:30). According to the designer, it was chosen so it would sit well next to the Jazz Club and the Boutique Hotel (Tiago, first look, 10:51). Tiago dislikes the lines in a different shade that cross the facade (10:18), and JANG a specific join that “doesn’t look good” (04:38).

Interior. This is where they disagree. Tiago enjoys the details and references (08:21). JANG thinks the ground level is fine but that it is all more about people than nature (14:42), and that the upper floor is almost empty (29:29). Both agree that the brachiosaurus is small: “should have been bigger” (Tiago, 06:06), and JANG warns that fossils from other sets do not fit (19:34).

Features and limits. The roof and the upper floor come off, and the brachiosaurus can be taken out (Tiago, 04:34 and 06:06). The back panel also comes off to reach the curator’s office (Bricksie, 11:20). The window cleaner’s crane cannot be raised or lowered, and to move it to the other side you have to take it apart (JANG, 05:51). The skylights, according to LEGO, let light through: JANG says that is “patently untrue” and that you can barely see the interior (07:03).

Quality. JANG saw different shades in pieces that should match (01:10), some scratches (07:27) and a spare piece that should not have been included (23:20). It is a single copy: we do not know if it happens in all of them.

Price. Both reviewers talk about the official price. Tiago sees it as “great value” compared with licensed sets (09:31). JANG says it is not bad because the value is in the exterior (23:42 and 24:56). Neither assesses the 351.95 € Carrefour asks today.

The minifigures of 10326

There are 9 figures according to Brickset and BrickLink, one of each. LEGO only counts 7 because it does not include the two statues. The “Only here?” column was checked on Brickset as of 25 October 2026.

Extras. It includes a French bulldog and a scene of the dog stealing a bone from the waste container, built with spare pieces (designer, Tiago first look, 03:03). On the roof there are statue nanofigures (Tiago, 03:48). BrickPax thinks the figures “could be among the best” in the line, although he would have liked more (22:35).

What we do not claim. That the figures will stay exclusive: they are as of 25 October 2026 according to Brickset, but the generic characters of the modular street look very much alike. We also do not know the BrickLink codes for the dog and the nanofigures, or how many sell individually: BrickLink did not let us look up sales.

Is it worth buying this set for its minifigures? No. All 9 appear only here, but they are generic museum characters and, according to Brickfact, all together they are worth about 22.73 € second-hand (24 Oct 2026), less than a tenth of the official price. It is a reference value, not a sum of sales, and selling individual figures has costs. If you want them, buy them separately: the set is worth it for the building, not for them.

Will the Natural History Museum 10326 go up in value?

FactsSignsUncertainties
It retires on 31 Dec 2026 according to our set page and Brickfact (Brickset does not give a date yet). It is the only modular on sale that retires this year. Today LEGO.es sells it at the official price (Brickfact, 25 Oct 2026)According to Brickfact, second-hand it is already worth about 250.19 €, less than its official price, while still on sale. The same happens with the Tudor Corner and the Shopping Street: it is normal for current modularsHow Brickfact works out its “market value” (it does not say whether it mixes new and used). How much stock LEGO has left. That the retirement date moves

Comparables, including those that did not go up. We looked at the market value Brickfact gives (24–25 Oct 2026) for five retired modulars. Two are worth more than their official price and three are worth less. The one most like the Museum is Assembly Square, which took up the same space, had almost the same pieces and cost the same: it is the one that has done worst.

Note: that is second-hand. Shops ask much more for a retired, sealed modular. According to Brickfact, the best new offer it finds for Assembly Square is 415.49 €, and Carrefour asks 404.15 € for the Jazz Club (19–24 Oct 2026, according to our set page). These are asking prices, not sales: what a shop asks and what someone actually pays can be very different things.

FactorEvidenceFor or against?Uncertainty
Retirement at the end of 2026Our set page and BrickfactForRetirement is not immediate scarcity: there is still stock in shops
It is the largest modular and the series has collectors who complete itBrickset; reviewsForThere is no data on how many buy it to complete the street

It is already worth less than its official price second-hand before retiringBrickfactAgainstWe do not know how that value is worked out
The figures are worth littleBrickfact (22.73 €)Against—

By condition: sealed keeps everything. Opened and complete loses something, although we do not have sales of this set to say how much. Without figures it loses little, because they are worth little. For an incomplete set we have no data.

The possible future appeal of this set rests on being the largest modular in the series and on its expected retirement at the end of 2026, but it depends on how much stock is left in shops when LEGO stops selling it and on street collectors still looking for it, and it could be held back by the precedent of Assembly Square, which today is worth less than its official price second-hand according to Brickfact, and by figures of little value.

We do not make price predictions. Buy it if you like it even if it never goes up.

They agree that the facade is the best part, that the olive green looks better in person or does not bother them, that the 48 studs give the rooms breathing space, that the brachiosaurus is small and that the sides and back are simple. They disagree on the interior (Tiago enjoys it and JANG finds the upper floor poor), on the skylights and on whether the fences get tedious. Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy LEGO 10326 in Spain at the best price? According to Brickfact, on LEGO.es at 299.99 €, the official price, as of 25 October 2026. We have not been able to get in to check because the site blocks automated access. Carrefour has it at 351.95 € (24 Oct 2026), and on Amazon.es there are only third-party sellers, from 298 € plus 23 € shipping. We have not been able to check El Corte Inglés, Fnac, PCComponentes or Toys"R"Us.
Why does it look more expensive on Amazon.es? Because Amazon does not sell the set directly: what you see are third-party sellers (25 Oct 2026). Brickset lists it as a LEGO exclusive. When you search for it, LED light kits from other brands made for this set also show up, and they do not include the set.
Does it include 7 or 9 minifigures? 7, according to LEGO. Brickset and BrickLink count 9 because they include the two statues at the entrance, which are shaped like minifigures (twn486 and twn487). JANG explains it like this at the start of his review: “seven standalone minifigures plus two statues” (00:00).
How much space does it take up on a modular street? A plate and a half: 48 studs wide by 32 deep, the same as Assembly Square. It is 39 cm wide, against 25–26 cm for single-plate modulars (Brickset). It has two floors and a roof, one fewer than most (Tiago, 04:34).
Is it the largest modular? In pieces, yes: 4014, 12 more than Assembly Square (Tiago, 09:31). In footprint, it ties with it. In Bricksie's video, the designer talks about “10 more pieces” (13:42), but with Brickset's figures the difference is 12.
Does it have stickers? No. According to the designer, everything decorated is printed: the “Museum” plaque at the entrance, the banners, three torsos and the curator's head (Tiago, first look, 10:04).
